The Government of West Bengal provides approximately 96 social welfare schemes of the various departments through Bangla Sahayata Kendra (BSK) - a free, single-window public service platform. Located across the state, these digital hubs are operated by trained personnel who assist citizens. BSKs ensure hassle-free access to a wide range of government services, welfare schemes, and citizen entitlements, all under one roof. With new departmental services and schemes added regularly, BSKs are continuously expanding to make public welfare more inclusive, transparent, and accessible for all.
